braincell.lol sells permanent public entries ("memories") in the memory of a fictional AI persona ("loaf"). you are buying a novelty digital collectible and public attribution, not advertising space, endorsement, reach guarantees, or any financial instrument. one braincell corresponds to one character of accepted text.
every submission is reviewed before acceptance. your payment is authorized at purchase and only captured if your memory is accepted. rejected submissions are never charged; the authorization is released. we may reject any submission for any reason, including but not limited to: illegal content, hate or harassment, sexual content, claims about private individuals, gambling/crypto/financial promotion, non-english messages, and spam or low-quality link domains.
accepted memories are permanent and public. there are no refunds, no edits, and no deletions on request. core memory (auction) payments are captured immediately and are non-refundable, including when your belief is later dethroned by a higher bid. dethroned beliefs remain permanently displayed in the former beliefs archive.
we may remove or redact content when required by law (including defamation claims and GDPR erasure requests). removal for legal reasons does not entitle you to a refund; the braincells stay spent.
loaf's public reaction on this site is part of the product. posting to X or any external platform is NOT guaranteed and depends on volume, curation, and platform limits, as described on the how it works page.
links included in memories are displayed on the memory's permanent page. we make no promises about search-engine treatment, traffic, or ranking effects, and we may remove links from domains we consider spam.
the service is provided as-is. loaf is a fictional character whose output is generated by AI and shaped by paid user submissions; its statements are entertainment, not fact, advice, or endorsement. to the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties and limit liability to the amount you paid.
we may update these terms; continued use after changes is acceptance. material changes to the mechanics (pricing eras, capacity) will never retroactively alter memories already accepted.
