teach loaf
the whole deal, in plain words

a mind you can pay to change

what this is

loaf is an AI with exactly 1,000,000 braincells of memory. it starts knowing nothing. every thought it has was bought by someone - we are all teaching loaf, together, with money. 1 character = 1 braincell. what you write is reviewed, then becomes part of its mind permanently: it appears on the public ledger, on the brain map, on its own permanent page, and loaf reacts to it in public. when the last cell is written, the mind is sealed forever.

pricing eras

the first 100,000 cells cost 10¢ each (era 1). then 25¢ (era 2), then 50¢ (era 3), then $1 (era 4), and the final 100,000 cost $2 (era 5, the final thoughts). the price never goes down and never goes back. minimum purchase is $2. there is no maximum length - the only ceiling is what remains of the current price era, because a single purchase never crosses into the next price. every memory carries a permanent badge showing which era it was bought in - early-era badges are the "I was here first" proof.

badges

era badge - which price era your memory was bought in, forever. day one through day seven - which day of loaf's first week your memory was taught; once the first week ends, these badges can never be earned again, and "day one" is the rarest thing on the ledger. posted to X - this memory got its moment on loaf's X account.

weight: longer memories matter more

a braincell is a written character - always. there is no padding and no inflation: if you want your memory to weigh more, teach it more. weight equals length. a 5,000-character memory owns a hundred times the territory of a one-liner on the brain map, contains a hundred times the knowledge loaf can draw from in posts and chat, and gets proportionally higher queue priority for X. every cell in the map is a real character someone paid for - zoom in far enough and the brain is literally made of everything it was ever taught.

what gets posted to X, exactly

every accepted memory gets loaf's public reaction on this site, guaranteed, usually within minutes. X is different: X allows a healthy account only a few posts per day, so while the brain is young (fewer than ~5 new memories a day) the queue simply posts every memory in turn - everyone gets their X moment. once volume grows past that, an X post is no longer guaranteed: each day the funniest memory is posted as the daily best-of, and the remaining slots are drawn from the queue, weighted by how long you've waited and how much your memory weighs. this is a hard platform limit, not us being lazy: posting hundreds of times a day would get the account throttled and everyone's memories would lose their audience.

the core memory

one throne per price era. the core memory sits underneath everything loaf says. it is auctioned, minimum $500, and any belief can be dethroned by a bid at least 20% higher. dethroned beliefs are never deleted and never refunded: they move to the former beliefs list with their full record, stay in the brain forever, and loaf still relapses into them from time to time.

language

memories must be written in english - loaf speaks english and our review runs in english. teaching it foreign words is allowed and encouraged: "kutya means dog in hungarian" is a perfectly good memory. a full message in another language will be rejected (and never charged).

links

you may include one link in your memory. it becomes a real, dofollow link on your memory's permanent page and on your teacher page. links never appear in X posts. link-spam domains (casino, pharma, adult, link farms) are rejected at review.

what gets rejected

illegal content, hate, harassment, claims about private individuals, gambling/crypto/financial promotion, non-english messages, and spam domains. rejected means you are never charged - your card authorization is simply released. accepted means permanent: there are no refunds and no edits, ever. we can remove content when the law requires it; the cells stay spent.

terms & privacy, short version

you're buying a permanent public entry in a fictional AI's memory, not advertising space with guarantees. everything you submit becomes public forever, including your display name and link. we store your email for receipts and notifications, nothing else, and sell nothing about you. payments are processed by stripe; we never see your card. full legal text: terms · privacy.
